These are great glasses for the price. We have been using tasting glasses from wineries as our main stock so it was time to upgrade. These made a huge difference with the ease of swirling the wine and releasing the taste. Plus these are large glasses, no need for as many refills.Now we just use our winery glasses for parties. :)

I like these glasses, but the glass is thin. I found them hard to clean because of the narrow opening. I have broken one while washing it, because of the narrow opening and the thin glass. My hand just "went right through it." Glasses are nice BUT require care when being washed.Customer Review: Great Product

...The first thing I did was wash them. One of the glasses
disintegrated in my hands as I did so. A few weeks later,
a second glass shattered when it was knocked over on the
table. (It wasn't dropped, just tipped over.)
I don't think I'm any klutzier than the average person,
but I don't expect the remaining 4 glasses to survive
very long. By contrast, other (cheap, department store)
wine glasses I have bought have survived many years.
Unless you (and all your friends) are *extremely* gentle,
I would look for something less fragile.

These glasses were an astonishing bargain(occasionally they go on sale at a two-for-one price).They feel beautiful to the hand,amplify and focus the wine's flavors and aromas more than any other glassware I've owned. I'd be nervous about running these thru a dishwasher because of their delicacy but handwashing is worth it to really savor your wines.Glasses of this quality usually cost at least 3-4 times this much.
